Choose Movanext with confidence, knowing your satisfaction is our priority.

 MovaNext  warranty covers any defect or damage to your Movanext  products, provided exclusively in case of manufacturing errors or assembly errors. Here’s what you need to know:

• Coverage duration: Enjoy a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase safe.
• Extend your warranty: Register your product post-purchase to unlock an additional 1-year warranty extension, you can register your Movanext here.
• Exclusions: Please note, the warranty doesn’t cover self-made changes, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To initiate a warranty claim:

Return your product to where you purchased it, and bring the proof of purchase. The dealer will review the bike carrier and, in most cases, handle the claim. If there is a need of  further inspection, the product will be sent to Indes Bike Parts  through your dealer.

When a warranty claim is initiated, Movanext / Indes Bike Parts reserves the right to repair the item covered by the terms of the warranty and replace the item if the damage or defect cannot be repaired.
